What’s in the box?

Sauvignon Blanc, Pebble Dew, 2018 (£13.50) - “This has texture, it's got body whilst having great minerality. Lemon rind, satsumas, grapefruit and a little floral softness. New Zealand sauvignon with a fresh take.”

Vincenzo Bianco, Fattoria di Vaira, 2020 (£15) - “It's tangy tangerine, orange liqueur and marmalade. It's really well balanced and that tangy-ness carries on through right till the very end.”

Gamay Sans Frontière, La Dernière Goutte Vaux-en-Beaujolais, 2019 (£24.60) - “This is a bit wilder than the Tisane we had earlier this year from the same producer. Wild raspberries and strawberries mixing with the earthy minerality. A real treat for gamay fans. Drink chilled."

Catarratto, Baglio Antico, 2020 (£15.50) - “Honey, lemon rind, dried herbs and ginger, this is a bitter, dry wine. It has a great amount of skin contact to make it pack a punch without being too much.”

Horsmonden, Davenport, 2019 (£15) - "Grown in East Sussex, this is a blend of ortega, bacchus, siegerrebe, faber and huxelrebe. It's a complex, unfiltered wine with white peach and gooseberry."

La Rose Sauvage, Nea Berglund, 2019 (£19) - “This is more powerful than the more Southern Provence rosés we're used to. Clean and fresh with a real savoury note. Perfect for food."
