How to Make Rosé

Rosé is said to predate both white and red wine. These days it’s seen as a summer drink for when the sun comes out. In this tasting we’ll look at each of the different methods to make rosé, with free-run, maceration and blending. Looking at how each affects the taste, colour and feel of the wine.

Each wine will be in 100ml glasses so you can have them to yourself, or share with a friend.

The wines:

Sola Fred Rosat, Cellar el Masroig,  2020

Trêve Estivale Rosé, Maison Ventenac, 2020

Gris de Gris Rosé, Domaine du Petit Chaumont, 2020

Pinot Noir Rosé, Oxney Organic Estate, 2020
